Bohemian Central could best describe this neighborhood which houses several districts within itself. Bustling with a decidedly artistic population, the dining, shopping and nightlife opportunities are many and varied. Excellent for walking tours. Highlights include the hip cafes and bars of Saint-Denis Street that draw crowds of students hanging out with friends, the modern buildings of place du Canada and square Dorchester. The "red light" district and the gay village boast a colorful array of shops and restaurants. Midtown between Clark Street to the west, Berri Street to the east, des Pins Avenue to the north, and René-Lévesque Boulevard to the south.
